The WPS website you linked to tries to get all fancy with its 18-step Twitter instructions.

Here are my Simplified Instructions for non-Twitterers:

Step 1: Text “follow womensprosoccer” to 40404.

Step 2: um, there is no Step 2.

… and when you’re tired of getting updates, you text “leave womensprosoccer” to 40404.
