Tonya Antonucci and Steve Nash will be the ones to announce who is going where as well as any other new news tidbits the league is ready to reveal. It doesn’t look like the event will be televised but a few options exist for following the drama here. Gotta love the fact that WPS is embracing the new & cheap tech savvy ways to disseminate information to the masses. Keep it up! And if we are talking about the new new media, may I suggest forgoing much of the hullabaloo of a traditional draft process and instead turning Tuesday’s allocation into a social networking extravaganza. Nash already has an account at I Beat You, so how about the USWNT players create accounts and make videos to compete for which team they’ll play at? The teams will have to do likewise which means the fans will judge all the competing videos with the most votes determining which player goes where. This is win win for everyone.
